Prices are in AUD$. GST is included.

International orders
Overseas customers need to email us kellie@enchantedlife.com.au for a shipping quote before placing your order. This does not apply to New Zealand customers, who are are offered shipping at the same rate as within Australia. You may be liable for customs duties in your own country.

Packaging
Where possible we re-use packaging from suppliers. It might look less fancy but re-use is environmentally-friendly and also helps us keep costs down. We use recycled bubble-wrap or paper or eco-friendly, biodegradeable Green-Pak as loosefill to protect items during shipping

Gifts
If you wish to ship to an address other than your own, it's no problem. Please email us kellie@enchantedlife.com.au with your requirements when you order.  We are happy to include a gift card at no extra charge - just ask!

Returns
We try at all times to please our customers. If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us within 5 days and we will send details of how to return your goods.

Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Unfortunately, post and package costs are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Please obtain proof of postage.
